Sveriges Ridgymnasium AB is a stable organization that has been operating for 20 years. Today, our schools are located in four places across the country. We work purposefully to stay at the forefront of developing our schools and our pedagogy, with collegial learning high on the agenda. The vision of Sveriges Ridgymnasium is to be Sweden's best high school alternative for students interested in horses and equestrian sports, and our goal is to provide our students with the very best conditions to develop their horse interest and talent, while also receiving a solid high school education that leads them forward in life, regardless of their choices. In Kungsbacka, our second high school was established in 2007. The school is located at Höglanda Gård. Here, 22 employees work, and nearly 100 students are distributed across the school's three grades. The students study the Natural Resource Program, specializing in Horse Management.

This is what you will work with us

We are looking for a special educator as the current special educator is expanding their role at one of our other school units.

The position is 50%, permanent with a 6-month probationary period. Start date is in January 2026 or by agreement. There may be an opportunity to combine the position with some teaching or administrative tasks (such as scheduling) depending on education and interest. The administrative tasks correspond to about 25% of the position, which could be added.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a trained special educator and wants to work at a nature-oriented school with a big heart.

We would like you to have good IT skills, as you will be working in several different operational systems such as ProReNata, SchoolSoft, Teams, and Office 365.

As a person, you have good leadership qualities. You are attentive, structured, unpretentious, and present. We expect you to have good collaboration skills with students, guardians, colleagues, and school management, and to value building trusting relationships.
