Experience and Competence

We value previous experience in care and support, preferably as a personal assistant. The ability to intuitively understand and quickly adapt to the client's needs is crucial.

Key Qualities for Success

It is important that you are a stable and reliable person who can work independently but also in a team, as you will have colleagues in the team around the client, who also has some double staffing.

As a personal assistant with us, you need to be responsible, attentive, and a problem solver with good collaboration skills. You should have a respectful approach and be concerned that the client feels safe and comfortable.

Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for an assistant for one of our clients in Bergavik. It is a man in his 50s who enjoys nice weather and fresh air. The client has no verbal communication and is fed through a tube.

He needs support in daily life, including assistance with personal hygiene, transfers, and tube feeding. Other tasks may include household chores, etc.

About the Position

The shifts are during the day and awake night.
