Are you a true coffee enthusiast? Do you enjoy interacting with customers? As a service technician, you play a crucial role in delivering the perfect cup of coffee at the workplace. You will be based at our office in Solna and visit our customers spread across the region. ☕

As a service technician, you will work on-site with our customers, handling installation, flavor adjustments, technical service, and troubleshooting, as well as ongoing maintenance of coffee machines. You will pack your service vehicle for the day and ensure that our customers' coffee machines are in great condition to provide really good coffee at work. You will be our face to the customer and take pride in meeting and exceeding their expectations. You will meet people at every location, and no day is the same.

Additionally, we see that you are a positive team player who enjoys working both independently and in a team.

We are looking for someone with a completed high school education, a B driver's license, and computer skills for reporting jobs. You should have experience with similar tasks and basic knowledge of electricity for troubleshooting, and it is a plus if you have previously worked with coffee machines.
