The position is a temporary contract at 75%. Start date by agreement.
Job Responsibilities
- Personal care; for example, assistance with hygiene, dressing, and meals.
- Support during transfers and medication management according to delegation.
- Documentation in systems such as VIVA or Intra Phone.
- Collaboration with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.
- Planning and implementation of interventions according to care plans and implementation plans.
- Contact person role and cooperation with relatives.
- Participation in the development of the service and work with the values.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Nursing assistant education or at least one year of experience in care and support.
- Driver's license B.
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Computer skills and experience with documentation systems.
Meritorious:
- Experience in elderly care, dementia care, or palliative care.
- Medication delegation.
- Knowledge of South Sámi or experience of Sámi culture.
- Experience in rehabilitation and transfer knowledge.
Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
