You, together with your colleagues, will take responsibility for the tasks that need to be performed during a work shift. We work based on fixed care contacts, where you, as a caregiver, are an important link between the various care providers and relatives.
Start date according to agreement.
Job Responsibilities
The tasks consist of work efforts in the client's home according to assistance decisions (SOL) and care plans (HSL). As a nursing assistant, you will perform planned interventions based on the client's needs and individual implementation plans.
- You will work with relevant tasks within care and support based on a salutogenic approach.
- You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist.
- You will participate in care planning and social documentation.
- You will contribute to the development of the service and work with our values, which are an important part of elderly care.
The work involves day and evening shifts as well as every other weekend.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Nursing assistant with a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
- Driver's license B.
Meritorious:
- Experience in home care.
- Medication delegation.
Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
