We are looking for a cheerful, outgoing, and solution-oriented person who wants to work as a service advisor at a successful company in northern Stockholm. Here, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for both customers and colleagues every day.

About the role

As a service advisor, you have a central role in the daily operations of the workshop. You are the customer's first contact, both before, during, and after their visit, ensuring that each customer receives a professional, pleasant, and efficient response.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customers for workshop visits via phone and email
• Receive and hand over cars
• Handle payments, documentation, and customer inquiries
• Provide advice and guidance on simpler technical questions
• Work in the workshop's computer systems and support customers via phone and email
• Contribute to a high level of service and customer satisfaction at all stages

You will be part of an engaged team where quality, clear communication, and good collaboration are important.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a background in service professions, preferably with experience from the automotive industry or a similar customer-facing role. Alternatively, you may have worked in a service-intensive profession and feel that this is your next challenge.

We would like you to:

• Be social, positive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• See solutions instead of problems
• Have an easy time making contact and building relationships
• Be structured and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish
• Have a B driver's license

Experience with automotive industry systems (e.g., Kobra, Automaster, Tacdis, Elsa, or Winassist) is a plus, but not a requirement. If you also have an interest in cars, that is an advantage.

Application and start date
This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday, with shifts varying between 7-16 and 9-18. You will receive a secure employment with Starfinder and a consultant manager who will support you along the way to a successful career.
