Do you want to work in a varied and practical role where you can combine environmental work with quality and workplace safety issues? Then we may have a position for you!

We are now looking for a KMA Coordinator with a focus on the environment for Elektrosignal Infra! A role for you who want to be close to the projects, contribute to sustainability, and ensure that we meet our customers' high demands.

About the role

As a KMA Coordinator at Elektrosignal Infra, you will have a broad and developing assignment with a focus on the environment, but with responsibility for the entire KMA area. You will work closely with the KMA department and report to the KMA manager, and collaborate with a KMA coordinator in various projects. You will be an important part of driving, following up, and developing KMA work in practice. You will work both administratively and in the field, participate in rounds, address deviations, follow up on environmental incidents, and ensure that the projects meet the clients' requirements.

Examples of tasks:

  • Be responsible for and follow up on environmental issues in projects, including chemical and carbon dioxide reporting.
  • Participate in environmental and safety rounds and document and report deviations.
  • Compile monthly, quarterly, and sustainability reports.
  • Ensure that the projects' quality and environmental plans are followed according to applicable requirements and the client's guidelines.
  • Be the link between projects, suppliers, and clients – the “spider in the web” of KMA work.
  • Work with building product assessments, environmental programs, and systems such as SundaHus, Ceqqual, and similar.
  • Contribute to the work with ISO certifications and other quality standards.

The position is a direct recruitment to Elektrosignal Infra. The recruitment process is handled by StudentConsulting. The position is full-time, with office hours and is expected to start as soon as the right person is found. The work takes place both in the office and out in the projects. Usually, you will be out in the field 1–2 days a week, sometimes more depending on the project.

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is structured, flexible, and unpretentious – you thrive both on-site and with administrative tasks. You are a person who sees the big picture, takes responsibility, and finds it easy to collaborate. Most importantly, you have a desire to learn and a genuine interest in environmental and sustainability issues. You preferably have previous experience from construction or civil engineering projects and understand what reality looks like in the field.

We would like you to have:

  • Post-secondary education in environmental science, construction, engineering, or similar.
  • Several years of experience in environmental or KMA work in a project environment.
  • Understanding of chemical management, environmental reporting, and sustainability work is an advantage.
  • Good administrative skills and experience in documentation and follow-up.
  • Driver's license (B) (requirement).
  • Good computer skills, especially in Office 365.
  • Experience with ISO certifications, building product assessments (Bvb), SundaHus, or Ceqqual is an advantage.

Does this sound like a position for you? Apply today! Selection is ongoing.
