We are facing a fresh start for the café in the Kulturhuset Möbeln in Tierp and are now looking for an engaged employee for Culture & Leisure. Do you want to help create memorable experiences for our visitors? Then you might be the one we are looking for! We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience in the café or restaurant industry who thrives in an environment where service, quality, and interactions between people are in focus. The Kulturhuset Möbeln is located right next to the train station in Tierp and is a natural gathering place for both residents and visitors.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The café at Kulturhuset Möbeln will be run by Culture and Leisure in the future. Our vision is to build a meeting place for community, care, and joy. Therefore, we are looking for someone who wants to be involved from the beginning, be the face of the operation, the heart of the business, and the one who makes our guests feel seen and welcomed.

You will have a central role in shaping and driving the operations. As part of our team, you will not only stand behind the counter, but you will also be a natural part of our activities. Perhaps you will organize a themed coffee event in conjunction with an exhibition, a soup lunch before a concert, or a cozy Advent coffee together with local associations? The possibilities are many, and we believe you enjoy thinking outside the box and seeing how the café can contribute to the whole.

In addition to this, your tasks will consist of regular café duties, including serving and preparing simple meals, cash handling, orders and purchases, basic administration, and developing and driving ideas on how the café can contribute to the overall experience at Kulturhuset Möbeln.

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis during the advertisement period.

Start date January 15, 2026, or by agreement.
