Previous experience is desired
We are looking for a South Indian chef who can prepare Chettinad dishes. We are a specialized restaurant and part of a large chain, Saravanaa Bhavan, which has 85 restaurants outside India. Their restaurants are spread all over the world and serve authentic South Indian cuisine.
The chef should know how to prepare vegetarian/vegan South Indian food. Experience from Europe is an added advantage.
