About the Position

We are currently seeking several dedicated and self-driven individuals for full-time temporary positions in machine work in Jönköping. As part of our team, you will work within the manufacturing industry and perform various tasks related to machines and production. Your main responsibilities will include monitoring and managing machines, performing basic maintenance tasks, and ensuring that production occurs according to given guidelines and quality requirements. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and stimulating environment where you can develop your skills within the manufacturing industry. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and has a good technical understanding. Previous experience in machine work or production is an advantage but not a requirement as we offer internal training. Your Main Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor machines in the manufacturing industry
• Perform quality checks and ensure that products meet the company's standards
• Participate in production planning and ensure that deadlines and customer requirements are met
• Perform maintenance work on machines to ensure their optimal function
• Collaborate with colleagues and carefully follow work instructions and safety regulations
• Report any deviations or issues to the nearest supervisor for prompt action
• Contribute to creating an efficient and safe working environment for all employees
• Participate in training and continuing education to continuously develop your skills in machine work
• Have a proactive approach to improvement suggestions and efficiencies in production
• Perform other tasks that may arise within the manufacturing industry

Who Are You?

As a person, you are meticulous, reliable, and have a strong work ethic. You thrive in a production environment and have the ability to maintain a high pace while ensuring quality in your work. You are accustomed to following instructions and have no problem working both independently and in a team. Experience in machine work or similar tasks is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are engaged and willing to learn new things.

You are flexible and have no problem working shifts or overtime when needed. You thrive in a physically demanding environment and have the ability to handle heavy lifting. Furthermore, you are communicative and have no problem collaborating with different types of people. You take responsibility for your work and always strive to deliver the best possible results.
