About Us

We are now looking for a dedicated district nurse who wants to be part of our pleasant team at Hagsätra Health Center. Here, about 20 competent employees work together to provide safe and close care to our approximately 8,800 registered patients. At the clinic, we focus strongly on preventive care and early interventions. Through our specialized clinics, such as the asthma/COPD clinic and diabetes clinic, we offer regular check-ups, patient education, and support in lifestyle changes. Our team, including a rehabilitation coordinator, collaborates across professions to ensure that each patient receives the right support at the right time.

Job Description

As a district nurse, you will be responsible for one of our two home care districts. This means that part of your time will be spent in home care, but also at the clinic.

Your home care team includes nursing assistants and nurses with high competence and experience. You will also have close cooperation with the district nurse responsible for the other district. We have short distances to our patients and move around on foot or by bicycle.

Work at the clinic includes regular tasks with your own clinic for both scheduled and unscheduled visits, triage, and advice via TeleQ and chat.

Qualifications

You who are applying are a further educated district nurse and have a patient-focused work approach. We would like you to have experience working in a health center previously.

Other Information

Working hours: 100%

Individual salary setting.

For permanent employment, we always apply a six-month probationary period first.
