Specialist Nurse for Tiohundra's Integrated Psychiatry and Addiction Reception

This includes MiniMaria in Norrtälje. We also have a newly started MIVO team – Mobile Integrated Psychiatric Care and Support – which is under development. Here you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients and contribute to flexible and person-centered care.

About the position

As a specialist nurse with us, you will play a central role in creating flexible and person-centered care. You will work closely with patients and be active throughout the care process – from assessment and treatment to evaluation and planning.

An important part of the job is to be available for self-referrals and phone calls with patients and relatives. You will also have a significant role in teamwork and contribute to skill development through supervision of nursing students.

With us, you will have a stimulating and varied job where you, together with the team, develop psychiatric and addiction care in Norrtälje. The position includes both planned visits and urgent assessments, at the reception and in the patient's home environment. The position may also involve working within different teams in the psychiatry and addiction reception.

The reception is open during office hours with evening reception until 7:00 PM one day a week.

Your tasks include:

• Actively participate in the entire care process: assessment, treatment, evaluation, and planning
• Conduct both planned visits and urgent assessments at the reception and in the patient's home environment
• Be available for self-referrals and phone calls with patients and relatives
• Collaborate with the Psychiatry and Addiction Reception and housing support for cohesive care
• Supervise nursing students and contribute to the team's skill development

About you

For this position, you need to have:

• Licensed nurse with experience in psychiatry and addiction
• Good Swedish in spoken and written form
• Driving license B and driving experience

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Specialist nurse in psychiatry
• Interest in working with both adults and adolescents

About us

The Psychiatry and Addiction Reception is an outpatient clinic with a unique concept. For five years, we have integrated psychiatric and addiction care in one reception. The Psychiatry and Addiction Reception is part of the BUFPH operational area; Children, Youth, Family, Psychiatry, and Rehabilitation. The operational area has been HBTQI-certified since 2016.

We work according to the overarching routines and diagnosis-specific process maps of Region Stockholm. At our reception, specialists, psychiatrists, resident doctors, psychologists, psychotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, medical secretaries, and administrative staff work. We are divided into a reception team and several treatment teams.
