The role combines operational project management with a clear responsibility for developing EBA's planned and strategic maintenance.

You will work closely with area managers and serve as technical support in more complex issues. Together, you will ensure that projects are driven in a structured, sustainable manner with good communication throughout the process.

• Lead and coordinate construction, maintenance, and investment projects as a client.
• Support area managers with technical expertise, procurement, and problem-solving.
• Plan and follow up on property maintenance, both short- and long-term.
• Participate in and develop the company's long-term property plan.
• Ensure that communication and collaboration work throughout the process.
• Contribute to budget work, calculations, and financial follow-up.
• Contribute to a sustainable and efficient development of the property portfolio.

• Technical education in construction/property, or equivalent experience.
• Experienced project manager in construction – preferably from the client side.
• Good knowledge of property management, maintenance planning, and property economics.
• Meritorious: experience with LOU, property systems, and good digital competence.
• Driver's license B is required.
