About the position

We are currently looking for concrete workers for a modern production facility where our client is a leading player manufacturing complete structural solutions for construction projects across Sweden. Here, you will be part of a close-knit team responsible for the entire manufacturing process from drawing to finished concrete elements.

The position is long-term and is a hire-recruitment through Montico, where the right person will be offered direct employment with the client after a period of hiring. The position is full-time and is scheduled during the day.

Job description

In the role of concrete worker, you will work indoors in our client's production hall. The work begins with cutting and processing various materials, primarily insulation and reinforcement. You will then build molds from wood or steel where reinforcement and other details are assembled into the segments. As a final step, you will prepare for casting and ensure everything is correct, also participating in the actual casting of the concrete elements.

Since this is done according to drawings, accuracy and technical understanding are required, as well as a strong safety mindset, as quality and a safe work environment are always in focus. You will work closely with your colleagues in a team where collaboration and flexibility are a natural part of everyday life to solve tasks efficiently.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in concrete work, carpentry, or another craft profession
• Is physically resilient and enjoys practical work
• Has good technical understanding and interest in construction production
• Is self-driven but also a team player
• Masters the Swedish language in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Forklift/Crane training
• Experience in the construction/concrete industry
• Experience in welding methods MMA/MIG
