Our client, operating in safe and environmentally friendly waste management, is now looking for a Project Manager in operations and facilities. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a future-oriented organization that develops processes and technology for more sustainable material recycling.

This is initially a consulting assignment for 12 months via Unik Resurs with a very good opportunity for extension, where the client is open to hiring after the first year.

Responsibilities and Areas of Responsibility

As a project manager, you have a broad responsibility where you both drive development projects and support the daily operations of the facility. You will work closely with the business, collaborate nationally, and contribute to technology development within the industry.

Responsibilities

Develop financial calculations and decision-making materials for the development of the facility's processes
Act as technical support for production and operations
Participate in projects together with colleagues at the national level
Follow and contribute to technology development and the development of new material recycling concepts
Participate in negotiations with consultants, suppliers, and customers
Coordinate authority contacts regarding notifications and permits in environmental matters
Manage and develop documentation regarding processes, self-control, and environmental goals
Ensure that management systems and processes are followed

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is communicative, structured, and analytical. You thrive in a role where you work independently but also collaborate closely with other functions.

Good communication skills in speech and writing
Structured and analytical with the ability to streamline
Independent and driven with good collaboration skills
Diplomatic and smooth in dialogue with others
Interest in environmental and sustainability issues

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, civil engineering, agronomy, or equivalent education
Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Several years of experience in project management within operations and facilities in the industry
