Take the challenge

As a solar panel installer with us at Sesol, you will be the face of the company and responsible for installing our solar energy systems. Your tasks will primarily include mounting solar panels, cable routing, and constructing supports. You will work in a team and spend most of your time outdoors on rooftops at various customer locations in and around Norrköping.

We expect you to work in accordance with the company's guidelines and safety standards and to collaborate closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure that projects are delivered on time and with high quality. The workday will be varied with different tasks. Upon hiring, we offer thorough training in working at heights and constructing supports, so you can perform your job safely and effectively.

Who is our perfect match

The job as a solar panel installer is physically demanding and therefore places high demands on your ability to work with your body, hands, and various tools. Since you will be part of a team with two or three other solar panel installers, we place great importance on your ability to collaborate, communicate, handle feedback, and work as hard as your colleagues. Installing solar panels on roofs can sometimes involve unexpected challenges regarding surfaces, measurements, and similar issues. If you are solution-oriented and dare to come up with new creative ideas, this job will fit you like a glove.

We wish that you have:

• Experience in assembly work, carpentry, roofing, or similar work.
• Driver's license.
• Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

It is a plus if you also have:

• Extended driver's license – class B96 or BE.
