Planning Leader in the Department of Indirect Fire and Air Defense

About the Position

As a planning leader, you will play a central role in the department's production flow, from order to delivery. You create the conditions that managers and project leaders need to deliver high quality to customers and act as expert support at the interface with the Armed Forces, ensuring that processes and formalities are followed correctly.

In this role, you will maintain the production portfolio, prepare materials for follow-ups, and actively participate in planning and developing work methods for material production. You will support managers throughout the assignment process, from initiation and quoting to delivery and follow-up, and be responsible for keeping production systems updated. As a preparation resource, you contribute with expertise and support that enables the team to work efficiently and deliver high-quality results.

Your contribution is crucial for smooth production, and you will have the opportunity to work closely with managers and colleagues in a dynamic and developing work environment.

The position is located in Stockholm.

About You

We are looking for someone with a relevant academic degree or equivalent competence acquired in another way that we assess as equivalent. You have relevant and current experience in planning and forecasting and are used to working in various administrative systems. The position requires good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have relevant experience in the defense sector. Desirable but not required is experience from the Armed Forces or FMV's material process.

Indirect fire includes artillery, mortar, fire control, and sensor systems, while air defense systems consist of firing units, sensors, simulators, and maintenance equipment.
