We are looking for a self-driven and service-oriented IT technician who wants to help develop and manage the IT environment in a fast-growing, international, and tech-driven company. In this role, you will have a broad responsibility where you support all our offices in Sweden – both remotely and through on-site visits when needed.

You will handle everything from support cases and troubleshooting to installation, operation, and development of our IT infrastructure. The role requires you to be comfortable working independently, taking your own initiatives, driving cases to completion, and having a natural ability to create structure and stability in the IT environment.

This is a position for you who have a few years of experience as an IT technician or operations technician and who thrives in a varied role where technical competence is combined with service, problem-solving, and improvement work.

• Manage and drive support cases - from initial analysis to action and follow-up
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving in both client and server environments
• Installation, configuration, and operation of network and system infrastructure
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and security settings
• Participate in and drive projects aimed at improving and modernizing the IT environment
• Act as a requirements setter and contact person for external IT suppliers (e.g., Data Com)
• Support offices with hardware, networks, printers, meeting technology, and workplace equipment
• Document routines, solutions, and system changes
• Ensure stable operations and high service levels towards internal users

• A few years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar technical role
• Very good experience with Microsoft environments (Windows, Azure AD, M365)
• Experience with Google Workspace is a plus
• Experience with Pyramid business system is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with networks (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
• Experience in setting requirements and collaborating with external suppliers
• Structured, self-driven, and confident in prioritizing and driving your own cases
• Strong service focus and excellent problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience from fast-growing or international environments is a plus
