Aleris Eye Helsingborg is a small and well-regarded clinic that offers both outpatient care and surgical procedures in ophthalmology. Your colleagues will include optometrists, ophthalmic nurses, registered nurses, nursing assistants, and doctors.
The Role
As a nursing assistant with us, you will work in a varied role that includes both patient-facing and administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who not only wants to perform their job but also develop professionally, take on more responsibility over time, and help shape the future of the clinic. The tasks include, among others:
- Welcoming and preparing patients.
- Performing examinations related to ophthalmology.
- Being involved in the clinic's improvement and development work.

About you
- You are a trained nursing assistant and have certification from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
- You have a genuine interest in care and want to develop professionally.
- You are meticulous, responsible, and have an eye for detail.
- You easily adapt to new routines and digital systems.
- You thrive in a job where the pace can vary and where you sometimes need to make quick decisions.
- You are structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven.
- You want to contribute to the clinic's development and are curious about taking on more responsibility in the long run.
If you have previous experience in ophthalmology, it is a merit, but not a requirement – we value the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We place great importance on personal suitability. You should be empathetic, meticulous, and able to handle varying tasks in a dynamic environment.
Employment Conditions
Employment type: Temporary position 75%, until 26-05-31 with the possibility of extension.
