Goods Receiver in Finspång
Do you want to be the hub of the flow of materials and deliveries? Do you thrive in a role where you combine order and structure with practical work in an industrial environment? Then you could be our next goods receiver in Finspång.
About the Position
As a goods receiver with us, you will have a central role in the flow, ensuring that the right materials are received, checked, and registered in our business system Jeeves so that everything can continue smoothly in production. You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are correctly labeled, handled, and ready for the next step, while also having an important administrative part where working in various systems is a natural part of everyday life.
You will work closely with a positive and cohesive team that supports each other and has a common focus on quality and delivery reliability. The role is varied and combines both practical elements in a warehouse environment and administrative work.
The job also involves handling goods and, if necessary, participating in loading and unloading. Forklift driving occurs but is not the main focus of the role.
You will also work with drawings and work orders to ensure that the right materials proceed to production. If you have previous experience in reading drawings, it is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you are curious and eager to learn. You will, of course, receive a proper introduction and support to get started.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and register incoming and outgoing deliveries of goods
- Registration and follow-up in the business system Jeeves
- Packaging, labeling, and preparing goods for delivery
- Book transports and follow up on deliveries
- Participate in loading, unloading, and moving goods with a forklift
- Work in various systems for documentation and follow-up
- Handle materials against accompanying documentation and certificates
Who Are You?
To succeed and thrive in the role, we see that you:
- Have experience working in business systems, preferably Jeeves
- Have good computer skills and enjoy working in various systems
- Have a forklift license (advantageous)
- Have experience with forklift driving as well as loading and unloading (advantageous)
- Have experience handling materials and accompanying documentation (advantageous)
- Are structured, meticulous, and responsible
- Thrive in a role where you work both practically and administratively and have many points of contact
