Description We are now looking for a logistics employee for a position starting no later than December 1, 2025. The role involves a varied everyday life where you can combine administrative work with practical tasks within logistics. You will become part of a stable and well-established industrial player in the Mjölby area, where collaboration, responsibility, and structure are important keys to ensuring smooth operations. The role also includes some team leadership responsibility, which means we place great importance on your personal qualities and your ability to contribute to the group's collaboration and development.

Responsibilities As a logistics employee, you will work with booking freight and handling some customer contact. You will also be involved in loading and unloading trucks and managing internal logistics. The position also includes driving a truck when needed. The role also entails shared responsibility for leading and distributing work within the group, where you support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment. You will play a central role in ensuring that logistics operate efficiently and that flows are well coordinated.

Qualifications

• Forklift license A1–A4, B1, and B3

• Driving license B

• 7–10 years of experience in similar work, preferably from larger companies

• Familiar with customer contact

• Able to handle physical work, heavy lifting, and assembly

• Good ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Meritorious

• Previous experience with customer contact in logistics flows

• Experience in work leadership or team leadership responsibility

Conditions Location: Mjölby Employment rate: Full-time Period: Start December 1, 2025. Approximately 6 months consulting assignment, with the possibility of employment with the client.
