About the job

In this position, you will have a central role in our logistics and receiving chain. You will be the one who keeps track of the flow of incoming and outgoing goods and materials.

You will be responsible for the daily management of the receiving area, which includes booking transports and incoming deliveries, handling orders for materials and clothing, product storage, and following up on inspections and validations of equipment.

The role involves both practical and administrative work, with many points of contact within the organization – from purchasing and workshop to project management and depot staff. You will be an important part of an engaged team that ensures our projects receive the right materials, at the right time, and in the right place.

Examples of tasks:

• Manage and coordinate the receiving area in daily operations
• Check incoming goods against delivery notes and label materials
• Book freight and request waste removals
• Handle distribution of clothing to staff
• Manage hazardous waste in and out of the workshop
• Contribute to improvements and development of logistics and collaboration with depot operations

We are looking for

We are looking for someone with experience in logistics or receiving and who enjoys working both practically and administratively. You appreciate order and structure, take responsibility for your work, and find it easy to collaborate with others. To succeed in this role, it is important that you are meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented. You see what needs to be done and actively contribute to improvements in daily operations. You have good IT skills, especially in Microsoft 365 and Office. You should be able to express yourself well in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing. A B driver's license is a requirement.

It is an advantage if you have a forklift license and a license for mobile work platforms or ADR 1.3.
