Vy Buss is looking for engaged drivers for our depot in Linköping

We are looking for someone who loves meeting people, has a great interest in bus driving, and holds a D driver's license and YKB. You are responsible, service-minded, and always prioritize traffic safety. You have the ability to meet our customers' needs in a professional manner and with a big smile. As a driver at bus4you, you will take on the role of ambassador for our brand, becoming the company's face to our guests.

About the position:

We offer a needs-based employment where you work by the hour. You will be based at our depot in Linköping, where trips primarily go to the major cities of Gothenburg and Stockholm, but some routes may start in Norrköping. The trips departing from Norrköping will take our travelers to Stockholm or Kalmar.

Job Responsibilities

Daily tasks include:

Doing your best to make our travelers feel so welcome that they want to take the bus again
Driving safely and responsibly
Being a helping hand, both for your colleagues and our travelers
Ensuring the bus is on time – although we always prioritize safety first

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

Has a valid D driver's license
Approved YKB
Digital driver card for the tachograph
Communicates well in Swedish and English
Has experience driving buses in regional traffic or demand-responsive transport
Has access to a personal car as our working hours vary and you need to be able to reach our depots at all times of the day
It is an advantage if you speak other languages besides Swedish and English

As a person, you need to be positive with a willingness to help. You have good communication skills where it comes naturally to inform and deliver excellent service. During each trip, safety and information messages in both Swedish and English must be conveyed to the travelers. Good to know:

Salary according to the Bus Industry Agreement. As part of our safety work, the employment relationship is preceded by a drug test conducted by an appointed occupational health service. Random alcohol and drug tests occur throughout the employment. In connection with employment, we will also ask you to provide an extract from the police criminal record.
