What does the job entail?

As a Logistics Planner, you will be responsible for order management, delivery planning, and invoicing. You will work closely with several departments, such as production, sales, and warehousing, as well as maintain contact with external carriers for transport booking. Your work will involve handling complex logistics tasks, which places high demands on your accuracy and problem-solving ability. We are looking for someone who enjoys keeping order and has the ability to handle deviations calmly and factually.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their studies in logistics, economics, or equivalent and who is meticulous, analytical, and driven. For us, personal qualities such as flexibility, solution focus, and good communication skills are crucial together. However, even if you are not a student and have relevant education or experience in logistics, you are also warmly welcome to apply. If you have experience with business systems or similar tasks, that is a big plus, but not a requirement.

Working hours and location

The position is full-time, with working hours from 7 AM to 4 PM. You will work at our client's office in Norrköping, at Händelö. The position is a summer temporary position expected to last approximately 10 weeks during the summer. Under the right conditions, there is also the opportunity to work extra if needed after the summer temporary position and in the following summers.
