About the Role As a Maintenance Technician, you play a crucial role in ensuring high quality and functionality of our customers' coffee and water machines. You follow a monthly service schedule and are on-site at our customer companies to service and maintain their machines. The role also includes cabinet service and delivering consumables such as coffee, tea, and milk. A typical workday starts at our warehouse where you pick up products and plan your route for the day. You work independently and receive a company car to drive between customer companies.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer companies to perform service and maintenance on coffee and water machines
• Resolve technical issues and ensure that the machines operate optimally
• Deliver consumables
• Cabinet service - check existing inventory & order materials on behalf of the customer
• Document and report status and any actions taken to our Operations Coordinator
• Be the face of Joyweek and build strong customer relationships through high service quality

Your Profile To succeed with us, we believe you are a handy and responsible person who enjoys working independently but also appreciates customer contact. We prefer that you are practically inclined; while previous experience in the field is advantageous, it is not a requirement. We are looking for someone who:

• Has a B driver's license and basic computer skills
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish & has good knowledge of English
• Is structured, proactive, and can work independently
• Enjoys providing high service and creating customer satisfaction

Some customers may request a criminal record extract, which must be presented upon request during employment.
