We are now looking for new colleagues to strengthen our team in Kiruna for their stationary operations.

Working as a guard is perfect for you who enjoy working with people and helping them in their daily lives. As a guard at our office in Kiruna, you will become part of a close-knit team.

The length of shifts varies, but at this stationary customer, you can work both on a shift basis and during the day, which means that work can occur at all hours of the day and night, including weekends.

As a stationary guard, your primary task is to deliver safety to one of our customers by being attentive and ensuring that everything is in order. You often work at the entrance of a larger company, checking those who enter and exit, but you may also perform a certain type of patrolling and camera surveillance within stationary work. The tasks may vary, and that is exactly what makes the guard profession so exciting - the variation!

For this role, it is most common to work in teams with your colleagues, but there may also be solitary work, which means you must be able to make your own decisions while also collaborating with colleagues to solve potential problems and tasks together in a group.

Do you lack guard training? We cover that!

The basic training lasts 9 working days and is conducted in various locations in Sweden before employment begins. As a new employee, you will also start with an introductory period to feel secure in your role and be able to handle our systems.

Requirements

• Driving license B
• At least 18 years old

• Meritorious if you
• Have approved grades in Swedish and English at the high school level
• Have an approved guard training, VU1 and VU2
• Have good computer skills as the work involves some computerized systems.

You are interested in technology, have an easy time understanding instructions, and are practically inclined.
