We are now looking for new colleagues to strengthen our team in Gällivare for their stationary operations.

Working as a guard is perfect for you who enjoy working with people and helping them in their daily lives. As a guard at our office in Gällivare, you will be part of a close-knit group of about 40 employees. The length of shifts varies, but with this stationary customer, you will work shift work, which means that work can occur at all hours of the day. Day, night, and even weekends.

As a stationary guard, your primary task is to deliver safety to one of our customers by being attentive and ensuring that everything is in order. You often work at the entrance of a larger company, checking those who enter and exit, but you may also perform patrols and camera surveillance. The tasks may vary, and that is exactly what makes the guard profession so exciting - the variation!

There may be times when you work independently but also in a team, so you must be able to make your own decisions but also collaborate with colleagues to solve any problems and tasks together in a group.

It may also be relevant to work towards patrol operations in this role - but the main focus will be on the stationary operations.

Missing guard training? We cover that!

The basic training lasts for 9 working days and is conducted in various locations in Sweden before employment begins. As a new employee, you will also start with an introductory period to feel secure in your role and be able to handle our systems.

Requirements

• Driver's license B
• At least 18 years old
• Meritorious if you
• Have passing grades in Swedish and English at the high school level
• Have an approved guard training, VU1 and VU2
• Are flexible for shift work
• Have good computer skills as the work involves some computerized systems.

You are interested in technology, find it easy to understand instructions, and are practically inclined.
