As a Spare Part Coordinator at Mycronic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that spare parts and upgrade kits are correctly defined, available, and updated in the company's systems. You will work closely with design departments, logistics, purchasing, and service organizations around the world to ensure that customers receive the correct product data and service information.

This position is suitable for you who have experience in logistics, product data, or configuration management and who thrive in an international environment where structure, analysis, and technology meet.

• Configure, classify, and maintain spare parts in PLM and ERP systems
• Create and update spare parts lists linked to different machine models and versions
• Develop and manage upgrade kits for machine modifications
• Analyze spare parts consumption and contribute to optimizing inventory and service flows globally
• Participate in digitization and improvement initiatives related to product data and spare parts management
• Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and service functions to ensure accurate and up-to-date product configuration

• Has post-secondary education in logistics, engineering, industrial economics, or equivalent
• Has some work experience in logistics, material planning, spare parts management, or configuration management (can also be from alongside your studies)
• Has good system skills, preferably from ERP and/or PLM systems
• Has very good analytical skills and works fluently in Excel
• Communicates well in both Swedish and English
• Thrives in a role with many points of contact and is meticulous, methodical, and responsible

This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from Mycronic and our side is that you will become directly employed by Mycronic after a while.
