Skanska Rental AB is a subsidiary of Skanska Sverige AB and operates throughout Sweden. We rent out all necessary machines, cranes, cabins, and other equipment to Skanska and external customers. Among our clients are companies in both construction & civil engineering as well as other industries. We assist the customer from establishment to completion of projects and in creating efficient, safe, and green workplaces.

We are looking for a Service Technician/Customer Center Employee who wants to grow with us.

You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and advice. You will maintain our fleet of machines to meet our quality, safety, and environmental standards. You will assist customers with the rental of machines intended for various construction and civil engineering projects.

You will be part of our positive group where everyone works together towards set goals regarding customer satisfaction and profitability.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Service, maintenance, and repairs of construction and civil engineering machines as well as other related construction equipment
• Logistics, order, and return management
• Advice and service regarding machine offerings
• Sales of accessories
• Deliveries of equipment

We are looking for someone with a high school or vocational education with a technical focus, or a few years of experience in the rental, construction, or civil engineering industry, or from the industry.

• You have at least two years of experience in repairing machines and handling work orders
• You have good machine knowledge so you can maintain our fleet
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• You are an experienced user of Word and Excel and have general computer skills.
• A driving license (B) is required

It is an advantage if you have a forklift or loader license.

As a person, you are service- and solution-oriented with a strong drive and commitment. You have the ability to build good relationships and find it easy to communicate with both colleagues and customers. You are proactive and not afraid to pitch in when needed to provide the best service. The job involves close collaboration with Skanska Rental's other customer centers, so it is very important that you are outgoing and flexible.

Furthermore, you are structured, meticulous, and good at exceeding customer expectations. Personal suitability will be given great importance.
