Säfsen Resort continues to grow and develop – and we are now looking for a Team Leader for our maintenance department. A key person who wants to help drive the department towards a more proactive, quality-assured, and operationally secure working method. Your main responsibilities

• Leadership & work management
• Lead and organize the daily work in the maintenance department.
• Be responsible for staffing, scheduling, and work distribution.
• Ensure that the team has the right training and tools to work effectively and proactively.
• Promote a safe, secure, and developing work environment.

Proactive operations & maintenance

• Conduct regular rounds to detect and prevent operational disturbances.
• Drive the work with ongoing and preventive maintenance of buildings, rental units, and land areas.
• Be responsible for operational issues related to ventilation, plumbing, electricity, and alarm systems – as well as hire contractors when needed.
• Establish and follow an annual plan for scheduled maintenance.

Structure, routines & documentation

• Ensure, develop, and document clear work routines for the maintenance department.
• Be responsible for structured documentation during handovers between Säfsen Fastigheter AB and Experience Säfsen AB.
• Manage key systems, contracted services, inventory, orders, and billing documentation.

Collaboration & development

• Work closely with other departments to create smooth and efficient operations.
• Participate in construction project meetings and contribute the maintenance department's perspective.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, where feedback and development suggestions are welcomed.

The role also includes

• Management of waste disposal, snow removal, lawn mowing (partly through contractors).
• Preventive fire protection work according to current routines.
• Maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and tools.
• Basic carpentry, signage, and support to other departments.
• Availability as the first person during snow accumulation in the winter season.
• Following agreements with the housing associations in Säfsen.

• Has experience in work management and preferably technical property work.
• Thrives with structure, order, and developing routines.
• Is solution-oriented, proactive, and used to prioritizing.
• Has an easy time collaborating and communicating with different parts of an organization.
• Enjoys practical work and has a good understanding of property operations.
