We are looking for an engaged Operations Manager with overall responsibility for processes, workflows, and methods in the operation of both our own and external partners' electrical infrastructure. In this role, you will monitor operations, plan outages, meet customers, handle fault reports and operational orders. You will also serve as a central contact point for operation-related questions. You will drive improvement and digitalization initiatives from idea to implementation and participate in projects as an operations representative. Here, you will combine operational management with strategic development and be a key player in creating a modern, efficient, and secure electricity supply. Since 2024, Dala Energi has a partnership with Nordion Energi. The partnership enables future sustainable investments and coordinated infrastructure development. Nordion Energi consists of Falbygdens Energi, Swedegas, and Weum. Weum and Swedegas own and operate the gas network in southern and western Sweden, while Falbygdens Energi supplies electricity to customers in Falköping and surrounding areas. Together, we have nearly 80,000 customers in industry, businesses, energy companies, commercial properties, and private households.

• Monitor and optimize the operation of the electrical grid and drive improvement and development initiatives.
• Manage and analyze operational disturbances and facility-related issues.
• Plan maintenance efforts in close collaboration with Maintenance Engineers.
• Conduct and report investigations, calculations, and analyses as a basis for decisions and actions.
• Plan and coordinate operational measures, including outage planning and field operations.
• Support technicians during commissioning and other assignments in the field.
• Ensure that agreements and arrangements are followed and order and evaluate services from suppliers.
• Contribute to a safe working environment, follow the company's management system, and work for good internal collaboration.
• Participate in standby duty as needed and manage administrative tasks related to the role.

You will belong to the operations, maintenance, and network department. The team consists of 14 employees. You will report to Martin, who is the Head of Operations, Maintenance, and Measurement. Possible stationing locations are Leksand, Rättvik, and Säter.

We are looking for someone with a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience from work in electrical operations, electrical grids, or power. You have completed secondary education and possess good administrative skills, with the ability to plan and organize your work effectively. As a person, you are solution-oriented, driven, and take the initiative to carry out assignments and responsibilities. You work independently but also enjoy collaborating closely with colleagues to find the best solutions. With a strong interest in technology and a desire to delve into complex issues, you combine problem-solving with a risk- and safety-conscious approach to work. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and are accustomed to contributing to the development of working methods and procedures by raising and driving improvement proposals. Your work style is characterized by a high safety awareness and a desire to create a safe working environment with a zero vision for serious injuries and accidents. You have a B driver's license.
