JRF Mark AB is one of the leading companies in Norrort Stockholm within high-quality land and property maintenance as well as landscaping. JRF is committed to long-term trust assignments in both the private and public sectors, e.g., commercial properties, industrial properties, municipalities, and housing cooperatives. JRF had a turnover of approximately 75 million SEK in 2024/2025 and has about 45 employees. We are now further expanding within property maintenance and are looking for:

Property Caretaker, to start as soon as possible.

We are looking for a person with experience in internal and external property maintenance, who wants to be part of the continued development of the operation and internal property maintenance service. You are looking for new exciting challenges and enjoy driving projects from start to finish.

As a property caretaker, you will, among other things, perform planned internal and external maintenance according to agreements as well as corrective actions. The work is carried out both independently and in teams, which requires good initiative and collaboration skills.

We are looking for someone who has property caretaker/technician training and/or has experience as a property caretaker or equivalent. You hold a manual B driver's license, have good computer skills, and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is important that you are self-driven, solution-oriented, and can quickly familiarize yourself with new assignments.

To fit into the role, you enjoy working on several different tasks simultaneously and have the opportunity to influence in a growing company.

Working Hours/Duration

Permanent employment. The last application date is 2025-12-31.
