The elderly care in Vingåker is a consolidated unit located in the southern parts of Vingåker's central area.

The elderly care consists of a somatic department, a dementia department, short-term accommodation, and 5 home care groups.

Our home care service, Minnas, works with dementia patients who want to stay at home and has been nationally recognized for the quality of its work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently looking for two nursing assistants for our central home care groups!

In these groups, your home care visits are within cycling or walking distance, therefore we require that you can cycle.

As a nursing assistant in home care, you will work based on a salutogenic approach.

This means you will have varied tasks tailored to the individual’s needs to enable them to stay at home.

You will work together with colleagues, management, and nurses to provide quality care and support.

Together with your team, you will be part of our individuals' daily lives.

You will also carry out documentation according to current legislation.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant.

We prefer that you have previous experience in care work within elderly care, and it is an advantage if you have previously worked in home care.

As a person, we believe you are self-driven and responsible with a positive outlook.

You may already know, or are curious about, what it is like to work in a small organization and the advantages and challenges it can bring.

You are solution-focused and driven and want to help develop our service into Sweden's best home care!

A driving license (B) is an advantage.

To be considered for a position in the Care and Support in Vingåker municipality, a satisfactory level of Swedish language is required. Therefore, we apply a language test in this recruitment.
