The treatment home Orion is a HVB for boys aged 12-21 years with a socially dysfunctional situation. The home focuses on youth with behavioral problems as well as school and relationship issues. At Orion, we offer both treatment and assessment.
The goal of the treatment at Orion is often to create good relationships with the adult world, learn to manage thoughts and feelings in a constructive way, and achieve individual goals.
At Orion, we have behavioral scientists, social workers, treatment assistants, and social educators working together. We also have close collaboration with licensed psychologists and psychiatrists.
The position includes carrying out daily routines, participating in daily activities, and writing reports. Work can be performed during the day, evening, and night.
As a treatment assistant at Orion, you will work based on methods such as environmental therapy, low-arousal approach, motivational interviewing, and CBT.
We place great importance on personal suitability. We are looking for warm individuals who can set boundaries and maintain a professional approach in their work.
Education: Desirable: Treatment assistant/social educator or other education in social work and behavioral science.
