We are now looking for a car technician for our client in Åkersberga, who will further strengthen the workshop team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with troubleshooting, service, maintenance, and repair work. You deliver a professionally well-executed job and ensure that the customer's expectations are met. This position is a direct recruitment.

* We are looking for someone with a couple of years of experience as a car technician. If you have automotive technical education, it is a plus but not a requirement.

* You have knowledge and training in modern troubleshooting techniques.

* You are practical, meticulous, and responsible, enjoy working in an independent role with your own responsibilities, but you are also a natural team player.

You will be working with customer interactions, which places high demands on both social skills and professionalism.

* We expect you to have good knowledge of Swedish and English.

If you are also a cheerful and social person, you will fit in very well with our team.

A B driver's license is a requirement.

Individual base salary plus a shared monthly commission based on total billed hours in the workshop. Commission from the first sold hour. No individual piecework. With this salary model, the client's goal is to have the right man/woman in the right job to minimize unfairness and create the best possible efficiency in the workshop.
