Part-Time Administrative Assistant

ABOUT THE POSITION

Our client is an international and exciting company in the automotive and leasing industry that offers operational full-service leasing to businesses. With one of the world's most recognized and largest banks as an owner, over 7000 employees work here and the company is present in almost every part of the world. The Sweden office is located in Danderyd near Mörby Centrum, and in the renovated premises, there is a restaurant, gym, and padel hall. We are looking for someone who can start the assignment in January and work part-time about 1-2 days a week. During the summer, you will also be offered the opportunity to work more.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

In this role, you will work with:

• Fuel card management related to orders and payments.
• Invoice coding.
• Deviation handling.
• Administration related to orders and payments.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is studying a post-secondary education and has at least 1.5 years left of studies (preferably in economics)
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
• Has some previous experience in administrative work, preferably in finance

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in the automotive industry.
