At Nybergs Svets, you will join a company with over 100 years in the industry and employing 50 staff members. Our daily work involves a lot of contact with people, both internally and externally. Responsibilities

In our workshop in Alingsås, we manufacture steel constructions, stairs, and railings that we install for customers in southern and central Sweden. We also install prefab concrete and laminated timber structures. In the role of lead installer/installation manager, you will play a crucial part in the assembly work on construction sites. You will lead and distribute work within the projects and participate in planning and follow-up. The job requires good knowledge of construction technology. It is advantageous if you also have welding and material knowledge, but the most important thing is that you have experience in leading others. You will work closely with project managers and other management staff. You are also involved in daily work and long-term planning.

Education and Experience

We are looking for someone who has a high school education in technology, construction, or equivalent experience and enjoys technical solutions. We see that you are familiar with reading drawings and have experience working as a lead installer/installation manager in steel assembly, prefab, electrical, or similar. You have a B driver's license and live in the Gothenburg region.

As a person, you are driven and outgoing with a desire to do good and quality work. You find it easy to collaborate and create a positive atmosphere in your workgroup and have a strong focus on customer satisfaction. You have a great technical interest and a good ability to work in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
