Tranemo Prefab AB consists of 140 employees with extensive knowledge and commitment, continuing the over 100-year history of cement casting in Tranemo.

Today, we manufacture all types of reinforced concrete products used in construction, such as sandwich walls, homogeneous walls, balconies, and walkways, base elements, columns/beams, and foundations, etc. We want to continue to be perceived as the small, flexible, and reliable supplier with short decision-making paths, but with our production capacity of 10,000 concrete elements, 140,000 m2 per year, we can also take on larger projects.

Job Description

Would you like to work in a responsible and varied project management role where you have significant influence, close customer contact, and the opportunity to follow projects all the way from order to delivery? Tranemo Prefab is growing and is now looking for a driven Project Manager who wants to contribute to the company's continued development.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager at Tranemo Prefab, you will play a central role in leading, coordinating, and driving structural projects of various sizes and complexities. You will be responsible for the entire project chain – from customer order and design, through production, to delivery and follow-up.

You will work with:

• Project management and overall responsibility for your own projects
• Further developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Site and customer visits 2–3 days/week. About 1 overnight stay every other week.
• Communication and coordination with technical specialists, contractors, and suppliers
• Handling of complaints
• Financial follow-up and reporting

You will travel throughout Sweden, mainly within a radius of about 45 miles from Tranemo.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who thrives in a relationship-building and varied role where you both lead projects and meet customers. You have experience in similar tasks and/or at least a high school education – preferably in construction or engineering. You are accustomed to administrative work and have good knowledge of Excel and the Office suite.

The position is full-time and starts upon agreement.
