On behalf of our client, Bigab Group AB is now looking for an experienced Project Manager.

Bigab Group AB specializes in recruitment, staffing, and specialist reinforcement within construction, civil engineering, industry, and infrastructure. We collaborate with well-known actors across the country and have extensive experience in matching the right leaders and specialists with the right projects.

We are now looking, on behalf of an established player in renovation and climate envelope contracts, for a project manager focused on window and door replacements in the western region.

About the assignment

Our client is a leading supplier in window and door replacements, facade renovations, and larger climate envelope projects. They work with a wide range of clients including:

• Public housing (via framework agreements, e.g., HBV)
• Rental properties
• Schools and nursing homes
• Housing cooperatives
• Private property companies

Due to a sick leave, they now need to strengthen their organization immediately.

The assignment is preliminarily set to run until Q2 2026 but can be extended. For the right candidate, there is also the possibility of a permanent position with the client.

Job Responsibilities

As a project manager, you will have overall responsibility for 3–5 parallel contracts. The role is practical, operational, and requires both on-site presence and good management at the office.

You will be responsible for:

• Project planning, timelines, and coordination
• Work environment responsibility as well as BAS-P and BAS-U
• Procurement of materials and services
• Contracting and management of subcontractors
• Daily work leadership
• Client contact and resident information
• Financial follow-up, change management, and forecasts
• Quality assurance and documentation
• Inspections, completion, and handover

The projects mainly consist of window and door replacements in rental properties but may also include facade and remediation elements.

Requirements Profile

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Experience in project management within construction
• Good understanding of ROT, renovation, or door/window contracts
• Experience in leading subcontractors
• Knowledge of AMA, contract law, and work in rental properties
• Good structure and ability to drive projects from start to finish
• Strong communication skills in contact with clients and residents

Meritorious:

• Experience in projects under framework agreements (e.g., HBV)
• BAS-P/U certification
• Post-secondary education in construction
• Experience in facade renovation
