Experienced Site Manager for Climate-Smart Construction Company

We are now looking for a responsible and experienced site manager for a medium-sized construction company for exciting projects starting soon in Gothenburg.

You will work in a developing and stimulating environment in a modern company that operates daily based on its values and an inclusive working approach. As a site manager with our client, you will have a key role with great opportunities to influence, develop, and grow. We prefer that you have experience in new construction and that you currently live in or near Gothenburg.

About the position:

The role of the site manager entails overall responsibility for taking projects from start to finish. You will lead, direct, and plan the projects, motivate and develop your team to achieve set goals and deadlines. Your responsibilities include:

• Resource and production planning
• Financial management
• Quality
• Environment and work environment
• Establishing and reporting project forecasts

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in a leadership role within the construction sector, where you have successfully driven projects from initiation to completion. You have worked on projects worth 100 million SEK and above, and thrive in complex construction projects. Experience in new construction is highly meritorious.

As a person, you are business- and solution-oriented, confident in your leadership, and skilled at delegating to deliver high-quality results. Personal qualities are highly valued – we are looking for a responsive, collaborative, and unpretentious leader who inspires their team.
