Are you a handy problem solver who enjoys taking responsibility and having a lot of customer contact? Do you like the idea of working with properties where safety, security, and well-being are of utmost importance? Then we have the role for you!

About the Position

As a property technician at Heba, you will exclusively work with our elderly care homes – a total of six to seven properties spread across the Stockholm area. Your main points of contact will be the staff at the care homes, such as operational managers and care personnel. The focus is on keeping the properties in a safe and functional condition so that those working at the homes can carry out their operations in the best possible way. You will start your day at the office where you plan your day before heading out to your properties in your area of responsibility.

Your tasks will include:

• Inspections of properties and technical installations
• Handling of fault reports and urgent matters
• Contact and feedback to the staff of the operation
• Key management and documentation

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Sprinkler systems
• Fire alarms and other fire safety installations

Candidate Profile

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, unpretentious, and enjoys planning and structuring their own workday. You have a practical mindset and have previously worked as a property technician, service technician, operations technician, or property caretaker. You are service-oriented and enjoy interacting with people, while also not minding spending many hours behind the wheel.

Requirements:

• Driver's license B (a must as travel is a significant part of the job)
• Computer proficiency
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

• Start: By agreement
• Scope: Full-time
• Location: At our elderly care homes in the Stockholm area
• Working hours: Mon 07-18, Tue-Thu 07-16, Fri 07-14
