Certified Nursing Assistant for Night Shift at Ekbacka

Ekbacka has two care and nursing homes and a short-term operation located in central Borgholm, currently seeking a certified nursing assistant for night shift. At Ekbacka, we work person-centered with the individual's needs at the core based on a rehabilitative approach. Collaboration and unit development are self-evident for us. The job includes performing delegated health and medical care tasks, and we continuously work on quality improvement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your primary placement is at Ekbacka 6, but you also have scheduled shifts as a float where you support other units at Ekbacka. You work under a night agreement with reduced working hours.

As a nursing assistant at night, you provide care recipients with good care and support according to their individual needs, respond to safety alarms, and provide supervision. You perform delegated health and medical care tasks from HSL and document care recipients' approved interventions continuously.

Working hours are from 21:00 to 07:15.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and a certified nursing assistant. We seek individuals with a professional attitude and a genuine interest in working with people. You find it easy to work both independently and in a team, are curious, proactive, and see it as a given to contribute to a good working climate. We are looking for someone with good computer skills and experience with administrative tasks. Personal suitability is of great importance, including approachability, ability to collaborate, and engagement. Previous experience in elderly care is an advantage.
