Speech Therapist at Samrehab

Are you interested in a meaningful and varied assignment as a speech therapist? Then there is an exciting opportunity to work at Samrehab with assignments in neurological rehabilitation.

The position is a temporary contract from January to August 2026 with a chance of extension.

The team you will join consists of several professions, and through close collaboration, we create the best conditions for our patients together. The workgroup includes occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, social workers, speech therapists, dietitians, nurses, and care coordinators. Samrehab is a creative base unit where one of the assignments is the rehabilitation of patients with neurological diseases, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and multi-trauma.

Your role will involve assessing and treating patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing difficulties due to neurological injuries and diseases. You will also be responsible for both the fitting and prescribing of assistive devices, which occurs in both inpatient and outpatient care. Home visits are part of the job, and the assignment gives you the opportunity to independently plan, execute, and manage your time. You will also follow the patient through the care chain, from acute to chronic stages. The assignment and knowledge as a speech therapist are important, so you will be part of several different teams around the patients. Your working hours are scheduled from Monday to Friday.

You value the knowledge and experiences of other professionals and are generous in sharing your own knowledge. You need to be a licensed speech therapist, have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form, and hold a B driver's license.
