At the Center for Information Technology and Medical Technology, we are currently offering a unique opportunity to work with exciting challenges at the heart of the digitalization of healthcare.

As our new service-oriented technician, you will play a key role in supporting and improving the IT tools that are crucial for healthcare across Västerbotten. Your work directly contributes to effective and high-quality healthcare. You will be part of one or more teams within the department where you, together with skilled colleagues, will have the opportunity to work and develop in many different areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a technician specializing in mobile devices, Intune, and IT security, you will play a key role in ensuring that our IT tools function optimally and securely for the needs of healthcare.

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the client platform, which includes all types of client devices. The work involves device management and configuration as well as troubleshooting and resolving more advanced incidents that are forwarded from first-line support.

The work is carried out both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues in IT and other departments, and you will help drive improvements for the client platform and the technical landscape as well as our routines, processes, and tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest, commitment, and desire to work with IT support and digitalization in an organization using technology.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, curious, and have a service-oriented attitude. You possess deep technical expertise in your field and have the ability to listen, analyze, and build trust and engagement at all levels of our organization as well as externally with suppliers and other stakeholders. You are proactive and self-driven in your work and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You are attentive and accommodating in your work. You work systematically and are comfortable working in a complex technical environment with a solution-oriented approach.

We are looking for someone with several years of experience with MDM systems for mobile devices in a larger organization. You are well-versed in identity and access management, configuration principles, and security principles for mobile devices. You are accustomed to troubleshooting and analyzing logs to identify and resolve issues. You have experience with ITIL processes and working according to them.

It is advantageous if you have experience in design and architectural work in MDM environments and/or client platforms in larger organizations.
