Job Responsibilities

As a property technician, you work closely with the customer. It is your task to nurture existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You will have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.

Your tasks will include:

Service work
Repairs
Maintenance work
Installations
Property rounds
Operation optimizations
Driving smaller improvement projects

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

High school education
Education focused on property technology/related industries or equivalent work experience
Good system skills
Good knowledge of Office
Driver's license B
Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

In this role, you will spend about 50 percent of your working time with one of our largest customers, where you have an important role in ensuring the technical operation. The work includes daily supervision, troubleshooting, and overall responsibility for the property's technical functions. You will be a key person on site, which requires both technical competence, good service ability, and a professional demeanor.
