With our growth, we want to further enhance the service level for our customers and are now looking for a new employee for our installation department. We are seeking a Project Manager Installation & Service based in Gothenburg.

The role of Project Manager Installation & Service

As a Project Manager Installation & Service based in Gothenburg, you will be responsible for planning and follow-up of KOMPAN's installation and service assignments in southern and western Sweden. You will lead our technicians in the field as well as our subcontractors and ensure that the projects are executed according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

You will work closely with salespeople, field coordinators, and subcontractors to create a smooth process from order to completed facility.

The role reports to the Sales Operations Manager at KOMPAN Sweden.

We are looking for someone who is

• Structured and solution-oriented - you plan and organize multiple projects simultaneously with good foresight.
• Communicative and clear - you can lead and motivate technicians and external partners.
• Quality-conscious - you follow up the work closely and ensure that everything meets KOMPAN's standards for safety and finish.
• Service-oriented - you have a customer focus in all parts of the project and handle deviations professionally.

We would like you to have experience in one of the following areas:

• Experience in project management or work management within construction, installation, contracting, or similar technical fields.
• Documented experience in planning, coordinating, and following up fieldwork or assembly projects.
• Practical experience in assembly and construction in outdoor environments.
• Understanding of work environment, safety, and quality requirements in project environments.
• Experience in leading technicians, assemblers, or subcontractors.
• Basic knowledge of reading drawings and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with working in digital systems for planning, case management, and reporting.

We will place great emphasis on personal qualities and the ability to successfully lead teams.

You should also be comfortable with traveling and occasionally staying overnight in other locations in connection with various assignments.
