Job responsibilities
In the role of internal salesperson at Condair, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, focusing on advisory and solution-oriented sales. Your task is to be attentive to customer expectations, conduct thorough needs analyses, and guide them toward the most suitable products or services that Condair offers. As an internal salesperson, you act as a reliable partner to customers with a strong focus on building stable relationships by presenting solutions tailored to the customers' specific needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for multiple projects and inquiries simultaneously, which means your workdays are dynamic. You handle everything from simpler pricing and product questions to changes in ongoing projects or customer needs. In addition to your close dialogue with customers, you also contribute to Condair's development by sharing insights from customer interactions to improve internal processes as well as products and services. As an internal salesperson at Condair, you are offered a stimulating work environment that provides you with good opportunities to develop both technically and in sales. Education, experience, and personal qualities
• At least a couple of years of experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, project management, or equivalent
• Good computer skills with experience working administratively in various systems
• Experience in a technical role or industry and/or knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, automation, or similar is advantageous
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A driving license (B) is an advantage

Since the role of internal salesperson involves handling multiple customers and projects, we see that you are an organized and meticulous person who has the ability to work independently and can structure your work both long-term and short-term. Since you have many points of contact, we see that you have good communication skills and enjoy providing customers with high-quality advice.
