Strukton Rail's project department has recently won many new projects and is therefore looking for a new driven work leader in contact line. The position involves coordinating both external and internal personnel as well as having overall responsibility for planning, follow-up, and finances within your projects. As a work leader, you will be involved in driving the future work within the projects forward and have good opportunities for development. The work will mostly take place around Stockholm and in other parts of the district. The position is a permanent employment within a challenging and varied work area with good opportunities for skills development. Work is primarily during the day, but some work at other times may occur.

Job Description:

As a work leader, you are responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and following up on the daily work in consultation with the site manager. You have a number of technicians in your staff group, where your role involves everything from motivating and developing them to being responsible for their work environment and safety. As a leader, you lead by example, are present, and see the value in working together as a team. You are unpretentious and not afraid of a challenge.

Who are you?

For the role of work leader, we see that you have relevant education and experience of having worked with contact line for some time. Perhaps you are working in a role as a technician in contact line and are curious about working with leadership, or you already have experience in work leadership?

A work leader at Strukton Rail is brave, engaged, and communicative and acts as a role model. We also see that you have a structured way of working and are interested in developing employees as well as yourself. The role includes some administrative tasks, so you should also be a regular computer user.

A job in the track environment has special safety requirements, so it is required that you speak and write fluent Swedish. A B driver's license is a requirement, and it is advantageous if you have additional driving license qualifications.

To ensure the special health requirements that apply to safety work on the railway, a health examination will be conducted before employment.
