About us

Welcome to the smaller health center in the countryside with high trust from the population.

Horreds health center is a stable workplace with good collaboration in the workgroup and a very good rating from our patients. We currently have just over 3500 registered residents. The health center is beautifully located in Viskadalen, with a 45-minute commute from Mölndal and Borås, and only 30 minutes from Varberg.

About the job

Your tasks at the health center span a wide range and include general medical competence with patients of all ages and situations. You will work with outpatient care, home care, child healthcare, and digital healthcare meetings in primary care.

You and your colleagues form a team with the opportunity to develop the operations. We achieve success together in a stimulating learning environment with open doors and a welcoming climate. The role also includes supervision of ST and AT doctors as well as medical students, which is an important part of our mission to educate tomorrow's healthcare professionals. We offer you a varied job with good development opportunities, for example through continuous further education of ten days per year.

About you

You are a licensed physician and have specialist training in the field of general medicine with the authority to operate within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale, are a requirement for the position.

We are looking for someone who can work independently but still wants to participate in the development of the operations. In your work, you will meet many different patients, so it is important that you are attentive and have a good demeanor. You thrive in teamwork, and for you, it is natural to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in your work.
