Attendo Lundby Park is a newly built modern nursing home focused on Sports & Spa and Culture & Leisure. Here, activities and well-being are in focus. The residence has 99 pleasant and bright apartments distributed across ten departments with large balconies and nice common areas for socializing. Care is created in the way that suits the customers. The residence is located close to shops, restaurants, and the tram stops right outside. There is also the possibility of living as a couple.

As a person, you are meticulous and engaged with customers and their relatives. You find it easy to collaborate, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere in our workplace.

As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a big part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that brighten the everyday life of our elderly.

Job Description

We are now expanding our friendly team with more nursing assistants. It is an advantage if you have experience in elderly care and delegation.

We are looking for you with nursing assistant training. The position is scheduled for day and evening shifts and is 80%.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 points.
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer familiarity

You enjoy providing good service, creating great relationships, and want to give quality of life to our customers. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about caring for the elderly and can see the individual's needs.
